Who do I contact if my Genius device is not running offline transactions?

Contact your POS integrator if you are having issues running offline transactions.

How do I know when the battery level is low on my Genius e285?

When the battery level is low on your Genius e285, it stops supporting contactless payments. The device indicates this on the Payment Selection screen.

Important: Charge your Genius e285 within 30 minutes of contactless payments failing to prevent your device from shutting down.

What is the “Storage Status” on my Genius e285?

We regularly monitor the Storage Status on your Genius e285 to make sure it has enough storage to download and install updates. We maintain the storage by removing files that your device no longer needs.
