I didn’t receive the security code. What do I do?

We send the security code to the email address that is registered to your account. If you have not received it, try the following:

Check your junk or spam folders on your email account.
Make sure the email address that is registered to your account is correct by contacting our Customer Support Team.

The security code isn’t working. What do I do?

Your security code expires after five minutes. If you received your security code more than five minutes ago, click Resend Code. Make sure you enter the new code within five minutes of receiving it.

Important: We lock your account if you make five unsuccessful login attempts.

How do I activate my Payments Portal user account?

Note: You can access the Payments Portal from IP addresses only within the United States of America.

You must activate your user account before you can sign in. To activate your account:

Open the Account Activation email. If you do not receive an email, you should contact our Customer Support Team.

How do I sign into the Payments Portal?

You can sign in to the Payments Portal using any device that has an Internet connection and a web browser, for example, a PC, laptop, tablet, or smart phone. To sign in:

I have forgotten my user name for the Payments Portal. What do I do?

Note: When you retrieve your username, you also need to change your password.

To retrieve your username, complete the following steps:

Go to https://tsys.accessaccountdetails.com/sign-in/.
Click Forgot your username/password?
Click Can’t remember your username?
In the Email Address box, type the email address connected to your account.

I have forgotten my password for the Payments Portal. What do I do?

To reset your password, complete the following steps:

Go to https://tsys.accessaccountdetails.com/sign-in/.
Click Forgot your username/password?
In the Username box, type your Payments Portal username.
Click Reset Password.
Click the link in the email. The link in the email expires after three hours.

How do I sign out of the Payments Portal?

Important: The Payments Portal does not automatically save your progress. You should complete your current task before signing out. For security reasons, the Payments Portal automatically ends your current session after 15 minutes of inactivity.
