How do I download a summary of my sales and activity?

To download a summary of your sales and activity in .CSV format:

On the toolbar, click Overview.
To select a time range, use the Period drop-down menu.

How do I search for a transaction?

You can use the Find tool on the History page to narrow your search results using multiple search options.

Note: If you do not have the customer’s full card‑number, you can search for the last four numbers on their card. You can find the last four numbers of the customer’s card on the customer’s receipt.

What can I do with my search results?

When you are viewing the search results you can:

Group or ungroup your results – group any related transactions, for example, a pre‑authorization with its completed sale.
Download your results in .CSV format – you can download your search results.
Open a detailed view of a transaction – you can view more information about the transaction.

How do I view my Activity Overview?

To view your Activity Overview:

On the toolbar, click Overview.
Click Activity Overview.
To select a specific time range, use the Period drop-down menu.

How do I view the Sales Overview for multiple locations?

When you have a multi-merchant account, the Sales Overview displays a summary of the total sales, pre-authorizations, and refunds across all your stores.

On the Sales Overview page you can:

Refresh your overview
Sign out
Search for a merchant location
Filter the number of merchants shown
Use navigation tools to view more merchants

Can I manage multiple business locations from a single Payments Portal account?

Yes. You can apply for a multi-merchant account if you have two or more merchant locations. For more information, contact our Customer Support Team.

What can I do with a multi-merchant account?

Using a multi-merchant account, you can manage multiple locations with a single account, including:

Viewing a Sales Overview for all your locations
Administrative access to all your locations

Note: The Sales Overview in multi-merchant mode updates every five minutes and may not be up to date.

Can I view daily reports about my transaction activity?

Yes. Using the Scheduled Email function, you can receive daily emails from the Payments Portal that include a .CSV file containing reports on your transaction activity. Users with multi-merchant accounts can also receive reports from across their business locations.

How do I set up scheduled emails?

Use the Scheduled Emails page to set up daily emails with reports on your transaction activity. You must complete all Required fields.

Note: Multi-merchant users can use the Search tool to filter business locations by name.
