We send the security code to the email address that is registered to your account. If you have not received it, try the following:
- Check your junk or spam folders on your email account.
- Make sure the email address that is registered to your account is correct by contacting our Customer Support Team.
The security code isn’t working. What do I do?
Your security code expires after five minutes. If you received your security code more than five minutes ago, click Resend Code. Make sure you enter the new code within five minutes of receiving it.
