Step 1. From the SoftPay home screen, press Enter on the keypad.

Step 2. Press F2 (Setup).

There are two report screens on the VX520:

– Totals Report that shows the totals of each card type

– Details Report that shows each individual transaction, grouped by card type

– Server/Clerk Reports that shows the totals grouped by server/clerk

– Unadjust Report that shows all transactions that have not had tips adjusted (tip processing only)

To print a report, complete the following steps:

To view batch totals, complete the following steps:

From the SoftPay home screen, press the leftmost purple key twice to access the third menu screen.
From the third menu screen, press F2 (Batch Totals). The terminal displays the totals for the current batch.

To settle a batch, from the SoftPay home screen, press F2 (Settlement). The terminal transmits and closes the batch, then prints a batch report.

Important: You can void transactions only if they are within an open batch. If the transaction is in a closed batch, you need to perform a refund.
