To resolve the issue of your VX520 continually rebooting, complete the following steps:
Step 1. Remove the back of your device and unplug the power cord.
Step 2. Plug the power cord back in, then hold Enter and 7 together to display the password entry screen.
Step 3. Type the password as follows:
a. On the keypad, press 1, Alpha, Alpha, 6, 6, 8, 3, 1.
b. Press Enter.
Step 4. Press 1 (Edit Parameters), then on the Select Group screen press Enter.
Step 5. Type the password as follows:
a. On the keypad, press 1, Alpha, Alpha, 6, 6, 8, 3, 1.
b. Press Enter.
Step 6. On the Terminal Mgr Edit screen, press Enter.
Step 7. Press 1 (New).
Step 8. Type the parameter name *DHEAP as follows:
a. On the keypad, press *, 3, Alpha, 4, Alpha, Alpha, 3, Alpha, Alpha, 2, Alpha, 7, Alpha.
b. Press Enter.
Step 9. Press 0, then press Enter to save the new parameter.
Step 10. Press 1 (New).
Step 11. Type the parameter name #CZE as follows:
a. On the keypad, press #, 2, Alpha, Alpha, Alpha, 1, Alpha, Alpha, 3, Alpha, Alpha.
b. Press Enter.
Step 12. Press 1, then press Enter to save the new parameter.
Step 13. Press X, and on the Restart screen, press 3 (Restart).
