My Handheld device does not turn on, what do I do?

If your Handheld does not turn on, check if it has sufficient charge.
To check if your Handheld has sufficient charge, complete the following steps:

1. Insert the micro USB cable into the micro USB port on your Handheld.
2. Plug the micro USB cord into a power outlet.
3. Check if the screen displays an image of a battery with a lightening bolt.

– If the screen does display the image, your Handheld does not have sufficient charge. Charge your Handheld and then turn it on.
– If the screen does not display the image, contact our Support Team.
