To view batch totals, complete the following steps:

  1. From the SoftPay home screen, press the leftmost purple key twice to access the third menu screen.
  2. From the third menu screen, press F2 (Batch Totals). The terminal displays the totals for the current batch.
Important: Completing these steps only displays the batch totals on the screen. To print the batch totals, see How do I print reports on my VX520?
