How do I reset my Genius EX password?

1. Use a web browser to go to https://merchant.roamdata.com/.
2. Click Forgot Password.
   
3. Complete the password reset information:
• Type your Username.
• Click Submit. GeniusEX forwards you an automated email and displays a confirmation message.
Note: If you do not receive the automated email, contact our Customer Support Team.
4. Click Close.
5. In the password-reset email, follow the Click here to reset your password link.
6. Follow the instructions to reset your password:
• Answer the security questions when prompted.
• In the Choose Password field, type your chosen password.
• In the Retype Password field, re-type your chosen password.
• Click Continue.
Note: Your password must contain between 8 and 20 characters including at least one number, a mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters, and it must not match your user name. You are prompted to change your password every 90 days, and you cannot use a password more than once.
