To delete scheduled email settings:
Option 1. Complete the steps in the following video:
Option 2. Complete the following steps:
- From the top-right of the page, click your user name.
- From the drop-down menu, click Scheduled Emails.
- Select the Email Setting you want to delete.
- Click Delete Setting. The Payments Portal warns you that you cannot recover an email setting after you delete it.
- Click Delete.
