When you sign in to OpenEdge View, it prompts you for a security code as part of our Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process to increase the security of your account. For more information about MFA, see What is MFA and how do I use it to sign in to the OpenEdge View?
Where do I get my security code?
We send the security code to the email address that is linked to your user account.
Important: The security code expires after five minutes. If you don’t enter the code within five minutes, click Resend Code. Make sure you enter the new code within five minutes of receiving it.
