Important: Your batches on OpenEdge View include only card transactions. To view your batches for check transactions, go to the OpenEdge Check Portal.
We automatically settle your batches at 2:00 AM Pacific Time (UTC-8) each day unless you have asked us to change this time. To change the time batches automatically settle, contact our Technical Support Team.
Note: Each terminal has its own batch.
Can I check when my batches automatically settle?
Users with the following user roles
can view processor and batch information:
- Merchant Manager
- Innovo Merchant Manager
- Limited Merchant Manager
To check what time we automatically settle your batches, complete the following steps:
Step 1. At the top-right of the screen, click your initials and select Administration Panel.
Step 2. Under search, click TERMINALS.
Step 3. From the results list, find the terminal you want to view.
Step 4. (Optional) Filter or reorder the list:
- To search for a specific terminal, enter the Terminal ID or the Terminal Name into the filter.
- To reorder the list, click on a column heading to filter the results by that heading.
Step 5.Click on the Terminal ID of the terminal you want to view.
Step 6. Click the Processor and Batch tab. The portal displays the time your batches settle under the Daily Auto Settlement Time.
