My Genius Mini does not turn on, what do I do?

If your Genius Mini doesn’t turn on, check it has sufficient charge. If your Genius Mini has a low battery level, the status indictor flashes red.
To charge your Genius Mini, complete the following steps:

1. Insert the micro USB cable into the micro USB port on your Genius Mini.
2. Connect the micro USB cable to a power source.
3. Check the status indicator changes to blue.

– If the status indicator changes to blue, your Genius Mini doesn’t have sufficient charge. Charge your Genius Mini and then turn it on.
– If the status indicator doesn’t light up, contact our Genius Support Team.
