To adjust a tab, complete the following steps:
Step 1. From the SoftPay home screen, press second purple key from the left.
Step 2. Select how you want to search for your transaction:

To reprint receipts for completed transactions on your iCT220/250, complete the following steps:
Step 1. To return to the home screen, press Clear (red button).
Step 2. Press 8, followed by 3 (REPRINT). Read more
You can use the Find tool on the History page to narrow your search results using multiple search options.
Note: If you do not have the customer’s full card‑number, you can search for the last four numbers on their card. Read more
