The profile icon on the home page is represented by your initials and is located in the top right corner. Click My Profile to access your profile settings.
On the Profile page, you’ll see a summary of your:
- account details
- email address
- your account role
- account creation date
- last login time
Below your profile details, you’ll find three sections:
- Personal Information – view the first/last name and the email address. You cannot change the email, but you can edit your name when needed.
- Data Access – the merchant location and your level of access.
- Preferences – adjust settings such as:
- Language
- Time
- Date format
- Multi-Factor Authentication options (receive codes via phone or email)
