Important: You can’t use a mobile device to access your Merchant Portal account. The Merchant Portal supports the following browsers:
- Google Chrome – version 59 or later
- Microsoft Edge
- Internet Explorer – version 10 or later
- Firefox – version 53 or later
- Safari – version 9 or later
- Opera version 13 or later
The following browsers are supported:
Step 1. You can find the link to the Merchant Portal in either your Welcome email or you can click the link below:
Once you are on the login screen, complete the following steps:
Step 1. Enter your email address.
Step 2. Enter your password.
Step 3. Click Log In.

Step 4. You will then be taken to the MFA screen which will ask you to authenticate yourself using the authentication method you specified when you signed up. Enter your verification code on this screen.
Step 5. Click Verify.
