Changing the data on your reports

You can add or remove columns on your reports or on the Transaction Finder to change the data displayed. You can also change the order of the columns on your reports.

Add a column

Step 1. Click Columns. A pop-up window shows the available columns on the report.

Step 2. Find the column you want to add. To narrow your search, in the Search Available Columns field, type the name of the column.

Step 3. Click Add column icon .

Step 4. Click Apply.

Remove a Column

Step 1. Click Columns. A pop-up window shows the active columns on the report.

Step 2. Find the column you want to remove. To narrow your search, in the Search Active Columns field, type the name of the column.

Step 3. Click Remove column icon .

Step 4. Click Apply.

Order the columns

Step 1. Click Columns. A pop-up window shows the available columns on the report.

Step 2. Find the column you want to move.

Step 3. Click and hold Icon to drag the columns, and then drag the column to its new position.

Step 4. Click Apply.
