Step 1. From the home screen, click on the green circle in the top right with your initials. This will bring up a dropdown menu.
Step 2. Click My Profile.
Step 3. On the My Profile screen, click the Preferences tab.
Step 4. Click Configure MFA.
Step 5. Select your new authentication method, which can be one of the following:
- Authentication App – Use an app to receive the verification code.
- Text Message (SMS) – We send you the verification code using a text message.
- Email – We send you the verification code in an email.
Step 6. Click CONTINUE.
Step 7. Click SEND VERIFICATION CODE.
Step 8. Enter the verification code.
Step 9. Click CONTINUE.
