Note: Only users with the role of Account Administrator can edit a user’s account.
Step 1. From the home screen, click the User Management icon .
Step 2. Find the user account you want to edit, and then click .
Step 3. Click View/Edit User.
Step 4. Click the Data Access tab. You will see the list of Selected MIDs that the user has access to. For individual MIDs, you can click on the Delete Icon next to the MID. For MIDs inside of a hierarchy, you can choose the Edit icon and deselect the MIDs from the popup box. For more information about how to navigate the Data Access selector, please refer to the Managing Data Access article.
Step 5. Click Save Changes.
