You can reset your password from the Cayan SV/SVL Sign-In page. You need to know the following information:
- Your Company Code
- Your Cayan SV/SVL Login ID
Resetting your Cayan SV/SVL password
Step 1. Use a web browser to go to https://merchant.opticard.com/gift/.
Step 2. From the Cayan SV/SVL tile, click LOGIN >>.
Step 3. Click RESET PASSWORD.
Step 4. To complete Password Recovery, type the following information:
– Your Company Code.
– Your Login Id.
Step 5. Click Enter. Cayan SV/SVL forwards you an automated email with a temporary password.
Step 6. Log on to Cayan SV/SVL using your temporary password:
– Type your Company Code.
– Type your Login Id.
– Type your temporary password.
– Click LOGIN.
Step 7. Change your password:
– In the New Password field, type your chosen password. Your password must have between 8 and 20 characters, including at least one number, a mixture of upper and lower-case letters, and it must not match your user name. You must change your password every 90 days, and you cannot use the same password more than once.
– In the Re-enter Password field, re-type your chosen password.
– Click SUBMIT.
