Users with the following roles
can send a password reset for another user:
- Merchant Manager
- Limited Merchant Manager
- Innovo Merchant Manager
To send another user an email to reset their password, complete the following steps:
Step 1. Log in to OpenEdge View.
Step 2. At the top-right of the page, click on your initials and select Administration Panel.
Step 3. On the left side of the page in the search section, click USERS.
Step 4. Find the user whose password you want to reset and click the username.
Step 5. Click EDIT.
Step 6. Click RESET PASSWORD.
Note: You will see a message on the page confirming that the email has been sent and when the reset password link will expire.
