Users with the Merchant Manager role
can edit receipts.
Step 1. At the top-right of the screen, click your initials and select Administration Panel.
Step 2. Under search, click TERMINALS.
Step 3. From the results list, find the terminal you want to view.
Step 4. (Optional) Filter or reorder the list:
- To search for a specific terminal, enter the Terminal ID or the Terminal Name into the filter.
- To reorder the list, click on a column heading to filter the results by that heading.
Step 5.Click on the Terminal ID of the terminal you want to view.
Step 6. Click the Configuration tab and click EDIT. You can edit the following details on the receipt:
- Header text
- Footer text
- Phone number
- The return policy
- The signature line
Step 7. Click SAVE.
