Users with the Merchant Manager user roles
can change a user’s access to terminals.
Step 1. At the top-right of the screen, click your initials and select Administration Panel.
Step 2. Under search, click USERS.
Step 3. From the results list, find the user you want to edit.
Step 4. (Optional) Filter or reorder the list:
- To search for a specific terminal, enter the Terminal ID or the Terminal Name into the filter.
- To reorder the list, click on a column heading to filter the results by that heading.
Step 5. Click the Username of the user whose access you want to change.
Step 6. Click the Terminals tab.
Step 7. Click EDIT.
Step 8. Use the arrows to move the terminals to one of the following columns:
- NON-ACCESSIBLE TERMINALS – The user can’t access these terminals on OpenEdge View.
- ACCESSIBLE TERMINALS – The user can access these terminals on OpenEdge View.
Step 9. Click SAVE.
