To refund a transaction, complete the following steps:<\/p>\n

  1. From the SoftPay home screen<\/a>, press the leftmost purple key once, then press F1<\/strong> (Refund).<\/li>\n
  2. Use the keypad to type the refund amount, then press Enter<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. To confirm the refund amount, press F1<\/strong> (Yes).<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Swipe, dip, or tap the payment card on the terminal, or use the keypad to type the card number then press Enter<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. If the customer\u2019s card is Visa or Mastercard, press F1<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Select the customer\u2019s preferred language:\n
