(Restaurant account &#8211; tip processing)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To adjust a tab, complete the following steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>From the <a href=\"hardware\/how-do-i-access-the-softpay-home-screen-on-my-vx520-to-start-processing-transactions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SoftPay home screen<\/a>, press second purple key from the left.<\/li>\n<li>Select how you want to search for your transaction:\n<ul>\n<li>To search by clerk or server, press <strong>F1<\/strong> (Srvr).<\/li>\n<li>To search by amount, press <strong>F2<\/strong> (Amt).<\/li>\n<li>To search by the last four digits of the card number, press<strong>\u00a0F3\u00a0<\/strong>(Acct).<\/li>\n<li>To search by invoice number, press <strong>F4<\/strong> (Inv#).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Use the keypad to type the search information, then press <strong>Enter<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>To find the transaction that you want to adjust, press <strong>F2<\/strong> (Prev) and <strong>F3<\/strong> (Next).<\/li>\n<li>Press <strong>F1<\/strong> (Adj).<\/li>\n<li>Use the keypad to type the tip amount, then press<strong>\u00a0Enter<\/strong>.
