From the <a href=\"hardware\/how-do-i-access-the-softpay-home-screen-on-my-vx520-to-start-processing-transactions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SoftPay home screen<\/a>, press the third purple key from the left once to access the Reprint menu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong>. Select the receipt that you want to print:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Option 1<\/strong>. To print the last receipt, complete the following steps:<\/p>\n<p>a. Press <strong>F2<\/strong> (Last Receipt). The terminal prints the merchant copy of the receipt.<\/p>\n<p>b. To print the customer receipt from the same transaction, press <strong>F1<\/strong> (Yes).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Option 2<\/strong>. To print any receipt, complete the following steps:<\/p>\n<p>a. Press <strong>F3<\/strong> (Any Receipt).<\/p>\n<p>b. Use the keypad to type the invoice number of the transaction. You can find the invoice number on the receipt, above the total amount. If you do not know the invoice number, you can <a href=\"hardware\/how-do-i-print-reports-on-my-vx520\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">print a Details Report<\/a> to retrieve it.<\/p>\n<p>c. Press <strong>Enter<\/strong>. The terminal prints the merchant copy of the receipt.<\/p>\n<p>d.
