You must contact our <a href=\"https:\/\/help.globalpaymentsintegrated.com\/1\/payment-devices\/genius\/countertop\/contact-us\/#Genius\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Support Team<\/a> to receive a replacement device.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To change the supervisor password on your M400, complete the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>From the home screen, use the keypad to press <strong>1, 5,<\/strong> and <strong>9<\/strong> at the same time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the keypad to press <strong>1, 5,<\/strong> and <strong>9<\/strong> at the same time, and then tap <strong>supervisor.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the keypad to enter the supervisor password. The default supervisor password is <strong>1166832.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>OK.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>Security <\/strong>&gt;<strong> Password Mgr. <\/strong>&gt;<strong> Change Password<\/strong> &gt;<strong> User Passwords.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>supervisor<\/strong>, and do the following:<br><br>\u00a0 a. Use the keypad to enter the current password. The default supervisor password is <strong>1166832.<\/strong><br>\u00a0\u00a0b. Tap the <strong>New password<\/strong> field and then use the keypad to type the new password.<br><div class=\"notice\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> The supervisor password must be between five and eight digits in length. You cannot use special characters, the default password, or the current password.<\/div> c. Tap the <strong>Confirm password<\/strong> field and then use the keypad to enter the new password.<br> d. Tap <strong>Enter.<\/strong> Your Semi-Integrated M400 confirms you have successfully changed the supervisor password.<br> e.
