The evidence you provide should meet the requirements on the retrieval request.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notice notice-danger\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> If you don\u2019t reply on time or if your response doesn\u2019t meet the requirements, your retrieval request may result in a chargeback. You\u2019ll not be able to <strong>dispute this chargeback<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<h3>What do I need to include in my response?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The notification letter<\/li>\n<li>The case number for the retrieval request<\/li>\n<li>Evidence that proves the transaction is valid, for example:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales drafts<\/li>\n<li>Receipts<\/li>\n<li>Your returns policy<\/li>\n<li>Invoices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"notice notice-danger\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> Send your notification letter, case number, and evidence in a single response.
