“No Internet Connection” displays in the IP address field of the Administration page when your Genius Countertop has not been assigned an IP address.<\/p>\n

To resolve the issue, complete the following steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Check the network cables for your Genius Countertop are correctly connected<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Confirm your Genius Countertop is configured for your network.<\/li>\n
  3. Disconnect your Genius Countertop from your router.<\/li>\n
  4. Turn Off<\/strong> your router.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Turn On<\/strong> your router.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Reconnect your Genius Countertop.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If your Genius Countertop still has no internet connection, contact our Genius Support Team<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Note<\/strong>: If your network issues only static IP addresses, you need to manually set a static IP address on your Genius Countertop.<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n
