Complete the following steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>From the top-right of the page, click your <strong>user name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>From the drop-down menu, click <strong>Scheduled Emails<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Email Setting&nbsp;<\/strong>you want to edit.<\/li>\n<li>Edit the <strong>Name&nbsp;<\/strong>for your Scheduled Email Setting.<\/li>\n<li>Edit the <strong>Email Subject<\/strong>. The Payments Portal uses this as the email&#8217;s subject when sending the daily summary of your transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Active&nbsp;<\/strong>check box to enable or disable the Scheduled Email setting.<\/li>\n<li>Edit the email address of each <strong>Email Recipient<\/strong> that you want to receive the daily summary of your transactions.<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>You must separate each email address using a semicolon and a space. For example, to add three email addresses to the Email Recipient list, enter <strong>example1@paymentsportal.com; example2@paymentsportal.com; example3@paymentsportal.com;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>You can enter up to 2000 characters.<\/li>\n<li>The Payments Portal removes any invalid or excess semicolons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>(Optional) For multi-merchant users, select the business locations you want to include in the daily summary of your transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Update Setting<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Use the Scheduled Email page to change existing settings.
