Cayan SV\/SVL forwards you an automated email with a temporary password.\n<div class=\"notice\"><strong>Note:&nbsp;<\/strong>If you do not receive the automated email, contact our <a href=\"managing-my-account\/contact-us\/\n#Customer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Customer Support Team<\/a>.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Log on to Cayan SV\/SVL using your temporary password:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Type your <strong>Company Code<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Type your <strong>Login Id<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Type your <strong>temporary password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>LOGIN<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Change your password:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>In the <strong>New Password<\/strong> field, type your chosen password. Your password must have between 8 and 20 characters, including at least one number, a mixture of upper and lower-case letters, and it must not match your user name.
