The Payments Portal is an online tool that you can use to enter and manage transactions on your computer. It includes the following features:

How do I view transactions that I ran on my device?

To view transactions that you ran on your Semi-Integrated device, visit the Payments Portal at https://tsys.accessaccountdetails.com/sign-in.

Can I use my device to refund transactions when my customer is not present?

No. Use your POS or the Payments Portal to refund a transaction when your customer is not present.

Note: To refund a transaction using your POS, use the reference number from the original transaction.

How does my M400 work?

Note: Your Semi-Integrated M400 does not share any sensitive cardholder data with your POS.

Your POS sends information about the transaction to your M400.
Your Semi-Integrated M400 displays the information to your customer.
Your customer pays for their items using your M400.

How do I activate my Payments Portal user account?

Note: You can access the Payments Portal from IP addresses only within the United States of America.

You must activate your user account before you can sign in. To activate your account:

Open the Account Activation email. If you do not receive an email, you should contact our Customer Support Team.

How do I sign into the Payments Portal?

You can sign in to the Payments Portal using any device that has an Internet connection and a web browser, for example, a PC, laptop, tablet, or smart phone. To sign in:

I have forgotten my user name for the Payments Portal. What do I do?

Note: When you retrieve your username, you also need to change your password.

To retrieve your username, complete the following steps:

Go to https://tsys.accessaccountdetails.com/sign-in/.
Click Forgot your username/password?
Click Can’t remember your username?
In the Email Address box, type the email address connected to your account.
