EBT Cash transactions
Use your POS to refund an EBT Cash transaction. You must give your customer the dollar amount in cash.
EBT SNAP transactions
Use your POS to refund an EBT SNAP transaction. The customer must swipe their EBT SNAP card and enter their PIN. The dollar amount for the refund is returned to your customer’s EBT card.
Important: The specified amount can not be less than the SNAP amount and can only be refunded to an EBT SNAP card.
