To add value to a gift card:
Option 1. Complete the steps in the following video:
Option 2. Complete the following steps:
- On the toolbar, click Virtual Terminal.
- From the side menu, click Add Value.
- Enter the Card Information:
- Type the Card Number.
- (Optional) Use the month and year drop-down menus to select the Expiration Date.
- Type the Order Information:
- (Optional) Customer ID.
- (Optional) Invoice Number.
- Amount you are adding to the gift card.
- (Optional) Notes relating to the transaction for future reference.
- Click Add Value. The Payments Portal confirms if the transaction was successful.
- (Optional) Click Email or Print Receipt to send a receipt by email or to print a receipt.
